What is being studied?
- The number of COVID-19 infections and factors linked with infection
- Antibodies against COVID
- Effect of COVID-19 vaccines
- Psychological impact of working during a pandemic
We are looking for…
Staff working at Oak Valley Health or an affiliated rehabilitation or complex care site who…
- are 18-75 years of age
- Work anywhere in the hospital for more than 20 hours per week OR are MDs/NPs/midwives with privileges and spends at least 8 hours per week in the hospital
- have access to a computer/ phone with internet access, and
- Plan to be available for at least the next 3 months
What is required?

Questionnaires:
- When you join
- every 2nd week
- when you are tested for COVID-19 --or-- have symptoms that might be COVID
- when you are vaccinated against COVID

Blood samples:
- when you join
- 30 days after you are vaccinated --or-- test positive for COVID-19
- about every 180 days after that

Optional:
- invite adults & children in your home to join
Participation is voluntary
A small monetary gift is available for participating
People are welcome to join whether or not they have been vaccinated against COVID-19
